Our fete is only 3 weeks away, so we need the collective effort of our whole school community to help make this event possible!
FETE ROSTER SIGN UP
A big thank you to all the parents who have already put their names down to help on stalls via the fete roster. If you haven't already signed up to help, now is the time!
You can sign up to help on any stall, but we have also aligned particular stalls with each year level so you can get behind your Stall Coordinators and also meet other people in your grade when you volunteer.
Prep: Cup cake decorating & Wine
Grade 1: Adrenaline rush, Cup & Saucer ride, Bungee ride & Hot Dog helpers (in kitchen)
Grade 2: Spinning wheel & Nachos (in kitchen)
Grade 3: Devonshire tea, Baguettes (outside), Trash n' Treasure & Costume Characters or helpers
Grade 4: Clothes, Sausage Sizzle & Books
Grade 5: Carnival games - soda toss, ping pong, tins, ducks & prize redemptions, Trash n' Treasure, Haunted House & Sustainability Consultants (free ticket for a ride per shift completed)
Grade 6: Plaster Fun & Sand Art, Toys, Aussie hamburgers, Cold drinks & Sustainability Consultants (free ticket for a ride per shift completed)

Note: sign up is best done on a computer. Some tips to help:
- Use "Control + F" to search for the stall you are after
- Ticket the box first and decide which time suits you
- Select "Quantity" (ie: for one spot)
- Click on blue button at the bottom of the screen ("Submit and sign up")

Make sure you grab your friends and family and organise your tickets early. We have more rides and attractions than ever before! This year we have created two fantastic fete passes that can be pre-purchased at a discounted rate if you buy them before 15 October:
1. Eat and Play Pass
Includes 4 rides/activities*, 1 sausage or hot dog, 1 fairy floss or popcorn and 1 drink
Early bird price: $25 ($30 on the day)
2. Play Pass
Includes 10 rides/activities*
Early bird price: $40 ($45 on the day)

This year our fete raffle is online only, so please make sure you buy your tickets and share the link far and wide with your family and friends.
We have over $3,000 in prizes to be won, including a $1,500 Chadstone voucher as first prize, so don't miss out! A full list of prizes is at the bottom of today's newsletter.
