Hi my name is April. I am 8 years old and I am in Year 3.  I am shaving my head in March for the World’s Greatest Shave. Why I am shaving my hair is because there is a very bad blood disease called leukaemia.

The medicine that people with leukaemia have to take is very strong, and they lose all their hair.

I am doing this to raise money. If you would like to sponsor me it will be very helpful for the people who have leukaemia to try and find a cure. And they will love the support from you.
