On Wednesday 15th October our Year 5 and 6 students participated in an online incursion with the Cyber Safety Project team. The interactive session focused on helping students develop the knowledge and skills they need to navigate their digital world safely and responsibly.

Throughout the session, students explored:

• How to identify cyberbullying and the importance of being an upstander
  
  
• Ways to protect their privacy and personal data
  
  
• The risks of oversharing online
  
  
• Their online responsibilities and the law
  
  
• Where to seek help and how to report online abuse
  
  

The incursion was a valuable opportunity for students to reflect on their digital habits and strengthen their understanding of respectful and responsible online behaviour.

We are grateful to the Cyber Safety Project team for providing such an engaging and practical learning experience for our senior students.
