On Wednesday, 15th October, our Year 6 students hosted a special Buddy Morning Tea for staff. This was a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with their buddies in a relaxed and welcoming setting, while staff and students enjoyed some delicious treats.

The Buddy Program is designed to build meaningful relationships between students and
adults in our school community. It gives students the chance to meet another positive role model, an additional adult they can turn to for guidance, support or simply a friendly chat. 

These connections are so important in fostering a sense of belonging, confidence and
wellbeing for our students. This morning tea was a lovely way to strengthen these relationships and celebrate the positive connections that make our school community so special. Thank you to our Year 6 students for hosting with such care and warmth. It is clear that the Buddy Program is making a meaningful difference for both students and staff!
