Book Week
We’re so excited to be celebrating Book Week at St Paul’s this week! Thank you to Catherine Wensley, our English leader, for her organisation of this week's events. We can’t wait to see everyone in their costumes for the parade on Friday morning at 9am. The weather forecast is looking good at the moment so fingers crossed it does not change. It’s sure to be a highlight!
Throughout the week, students will take part in short, engaging Book Week activities designed to celebrate reading. Here's a quick overview of what’s happening:
- Monday to Thursday: Daily Book Week activities in classrooms, including ‘The Masked Reader’ where students have to guess which teacher is reading one of the short listed books.
- Tuesday: Trivia
- Wednesday: Stop, Drop and Read at a surprise time.
- Friday: Our big Book Week Parade. Families are warmly invited to attend and cheer on our students in costume! This will be held in the amphitheatre.
Also, a reminder that our Book Fair is open daily this week:
- Mornings: 8:30 – 8:45am
- Afternoons: 3:30 – 3:45pm
