On Friday 13th June, our Year 4 students participated in their Eucharist Reflection Day. The day began with a prayer, which was transformed into a paper chain to symbolize how we are all connected in this sacred journey.

Throughout the day, the students engaged in a range of hands-on activities designed to deepen their understanding of the Eucharist. Before lunch, they visited the church to practise receiving the Eucharist and to become familiar with the structure of the ceremony. A shared pizza lunch added to the sense of community, and by all accounts, it was a wonderful and enriching day.

We extend our best wishes to all students who will be receiving the Sacrament of the Eucharist over the next two weekends. We thank  Cathy Lawrence, Franca Alworth and Liz Heath for their thorough preparation of our Year 4 students.
