There has been plenty happening in the art room. Term 1 is always messy in the art room. The Preps have settled into Art with ease…they loved painting with a fork and gluing a variety of objects onto their Rainbow Fish art pieces…
The Year 1's have been using stencils to create bugs and insects. 

The Year 2's produced colour wheel animals, which are very bright.

The Year 3's created acrylic paintings using their own stencils. 

The Year 4's have created a Pop Art-inspired print, which they will finish printing this week.

I want to highlight the Year 5 Art program. The students have been working on a  ‘Steampunk Unit.’….here are some wonderful images of just a few of the many creative pieces….
The Year 6 students have been delicately working on Nuerographic drawings.

There are many creative activities happening this term, such as Picasso-inspired portraits, print-making tasks, felting, egg carton construction animals and ceramics.
